Don Sampen analyzes a First District Appellate Court case in which a teacher sued for sexual misconduct sought reimbursement for defense costs under the school district’s general liability policy after the case was dismissed for want of prosecution. Following briefing and oral argument by Florida partner Michael Raudebaugh, the court unanimously affirmed summary judgment in favor of our client.
