We’re thrilled to announce that Alexandra Kreps, M.D. has been appointed Chief Medical Officer at Circle Medical. As CMO, Dr. Kreps will lead our clinical strategy and innovation, oversee quality and provider engagement, and serve as Circle’s clinical voice as we continue to advance patient-centered care at scale. Her dedication to patients, collaborative leadership style, and forward-looking vision for healthcare make her the ideal leader to guide Circle Medical’s next chapter. We're excited to share that Darren Binder is joining Circle Medical as our Chief Legal & Risk Officer, bringing with him a wealth of experience in health law, regulatory compliance, and risk management. With a career spanning 30 years across regulatory, transactional, and litigation matters, Darren is deeply committed to strengthening accountability and fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization. In this new role, Darren will serve as a key member of our leadership team, overseeing our Legal and Compliance functions. He will provide strategic guidance to ensure that legal, compliance, and risk considerations are seamlessly integrated into both our day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives.
