AI that Actually Understands Healthcare. Transforming Healthcare Operations, One Workflow at a Time.

About us

“AI That Runs Healthcare. For the Humans Who Make it Work." Enabling the Healthcare Agentic Enterprise - rewiring healthcare operations with AI and improving how patients experience care. Autonomize AI uses specialized AI Agents to simplify some of healthcare’s most complex and manual processes, transforming them into streamlined, AI-native operations. Our solutions reduce administrative bottlenecks in utilization management, care management, contracts, claims, and payments—blending automation with human expertise to deliver faster decisions, lower costs, and better patient experiences. Care management teams spend 78% less time per case, achieving an impressive 85% boost in case review efficiency. Prior authorization processes that traditionally take 20-30 minutes shrink to mere seconds, accompanied by an 80% reduction in manual errors, saving millions of dollars annually. Our AI Agents turn chaotic, unstructured healthcare data—clinical notes, PDFs, faxes, and claims—into structured, contextual information that informs decisions and actions. This has driven substantial real-world impact: organizations using Autonomize experience a 92% reduction in manual effort for care gaps and HEDIS chart reviews, dramatically improving compliance and STAR ratings. Autonomize AI is purpose-built for healthcare, transforming healthcare operations one workflow at a time through AI-native solutions that deliver immediate, scalable impact.

Sharing a key open role. Please read on... It is rare to join a team that is already reshaping how major healthcare enterprises run. Autonomize AI is at that point. Check it out. Our AI Agents and ready-to-deploy workflows are in production with three of the five largest health plans in the United States. Across Utilization Management, Care Management, Appeals and Grievances, Claims, and Pharmacy operations, the results have been real, measurable, and meaningful for the people doing the work every day. 🙋🏽♂️👩🏻👨💻 Behind that progress is a team of clinicians, engineers, operators, and leaders who know how to deliver outcomes in some of the most complex environments in healthcare. ☑️ As demand grows, we are adding a Director of Client Success to help guide our next phase of enterprise partnerships. This role will work directly with executives and operational leaders as they move from pilot-stage AI to fully governed, AI-native operations. It is a chance to influence strategy, deepen trust, and help organizations realize the potential of AI in their most important workflows. If this sounds like the kind of challenge that motivates you, we would like to meet you. Learn more and apply: https://lnkd.in/dzMac3Rs

  • 🤩 The message at Becker’s Payer Issues Roundtable was unambiguous. Health plans have outgrown incremental change. ☑️ Read the full Becker’s recap here: https://lnkd.in/gqv6Bib8 Leaders described the same pressure points shaping their daily reality. • Regulatory demands tightening. • Workforce strain rising. • Data scattered across systems that were never designed to work together. Everyone agreed that automating old workflows will not carry plans into the next phase. The future depends on coordinated, context-aware AI that strengthens decision-making from end to end. During an AI-focused session, our CEO Ganesh Padmanabhan offered three clear markers for how AI succeeds inside payers. • Match the tool to the problem. AI is not a single model. It works when leaders manage it as a portfolio instead of scattered pilots. • Design for the full workflow. Improving one step only shifts the burden. Real efficiency requires redesign that supports everyone involved. • Treat each authorization as a signal. A PET scan request, for example, is the start of a care journey. With orchestration, AI can anticipate next steps and help teams intervene sooner. The discussions across both days reflected the same shift. Day 1 focused on how strategy, clinical leadership, and operations are now inseparable as plans work to improve network performance, Medicare Advantage, and chronic care. Day 2 moved toward interoperability, CMS-0057, and prior authorization reform, where data exchange and AI-enabled workflows are becoming core performance expectations. Key takeaway: When AI is grounded in context and built to support complete workflows, it becomes a force multiplier across the enterprise. Health plans that move in this direction are not just modernizing operations. They are rebuilding the foundation of how care is delivered.

  • Yesterday, we had an unexpected spark from a an inspiring guest that dropped by our HQ in Austin... Dr. Pritesh H. Gandhi Chief Health Equity & Community Impact Officer at CommonSpirit Health—formerly with HHS and Walmart Health. He talked with our team about how the opportunities that health systems have, with AI, to improve both access to care as well as reducing the cost of care. Dr. Gandhi has spent his career focused on the “long game” of health equity, stronger primary care, and addressing the social drivers of health in communities across the country. Grateful for all the terrific insights, valuable takeaways, and thoughtful dialogue shared by this physician "maverick" and public health leader. #patientcentered #improvingcare

Yesterday at Becker’s 2025 Payer Issues Roundtable, our CEO, Ganesh Padmanabhan, shared a vision that cut through the noise around AI in healthcare. During a session panel with leaders from Humana, GuideWell, eHealth, and Florida Blue, Ganesh reminded the room that AI isn’t one magic bullet—it’s a portfolio of tools for a portfolio of problems. Citing that too often, health plans are “squeezing the balloon”—fixing one workflow only to create friction somewhere else. The real progress, he explained, comes when organizations stop thinking in pilots and start thinking in platforms. A platform mindset connects the dots across intake, evidence assembly, and determinations—helping health plans own their roadmap and scale consistency across operations. When the conversation turned to addressing how plans can use AI to address to taboo topic of affordability in healthcare, Ganesh said it best: “If you fix the business of care, you can fix the cost of care.” By using AI to remove waste and simplify how data, people, and processes connect, health plans can reduce operational drag and deliver tangible savings back to members. The Autonomize AI team had a terrific time—sharing insightful and forward-thinking conversations with health plan leaders and SMEs, who are fully committed to reducing administrative burden, partnering with providers, and deliver better member experiences. #healthtech #healthcareleaders Special thanks to Becker's Healthcare + co-panelists Anne Hoverson, Umair Lateef, MBA PMP and Atul Kumar

  • Last night, in Austin, our team joined some of the most inspiring innovators at the A-LIST Awards, where Autonomize AI was honored to be named as a finalist. The A-LIST Awards recognize the region’s most visionary leaders and trailblazing startups driving the next wave of industry transformation—spotlighting Central Texas’ growing influence as a national leader in innovation and technology. For Autonomize AI, that innovation is already delivering results. Our AI-powered Agents and workflows are in production at 3 of the 5 largest U.S. health enteprrises, transforming core workflows across utilization management, care management, and claims. In live deployments, we’ve helped enterprises cut review times by more than 55%, reclaim 36,000+ clinical hours each month, and achieve 3–5× ROI within 6–12 months. Being recognized here, in our hometown of Austin, means a lot. This is where the vision started—to build AI that runs healthcare, for the humans who make it work. #loudandproud #purposedriven
