October 2025 Site Update | Polaris Forge 2    Construction is in full swing at Polaris Forge 2 — Applied Digital’s newest AI campus in Harwood, North Dakota.  🔹 Building 1 (150 MW): Deep foundation systems and piling work continue across the site. Concrete pours for pile caps and grade beams began mid-November, keeping the project on track to begin standing the precast structure in December. This 150 MW development is part of our recently signed 200 MW lease with a U.S.-based, investment-grade hyperscaler — a major milestone that expands our role in powering large-scale AI deployments. Polaris Forge 2 marks the beginning of a bold new chapter. October 2025 Site Update | Polaris Forge 1    Momentum continues at Polaris Forge 1 in Ellendale, North Dakota — where crews are executing with precision to keep every milestone on schedule. 🔹 Building 1 (100 MW IT): Turnover for the first 50 MW phase is complete, with the final 50 MW phase of RFS set to come online this month — delivering on schedule. 🔹 Building 2 (150 MW IT): Structural progress accelerates as precast installation and underground MEP advance across the site. As we approach full energization of the first building, that vision is taking shape in real time.
