October 2025 Site Update | Polaris Forge 2 Construction is in full swing at Polaris Forge 2 — Applied Digital’s newest AI campus in Harwood, North Dakota. 🔹 Building 1 (150 MW): Deep foundation systems and piling work continue across the site. Concrete pours for pile caps and grade beams began mid-November, keeping the project on track to begin standing the precast structure in December. This 150 MW development is part of our recently signed 200 MW lease with a U.S.-based, investment-grade hyperscaler — a major milestone that expands our role in powering large-scale AI deployments. Polaris Forge 2 marks the beginning of a bold new chapter. The foundations being set today will become the framework for tomorrow’s innovation, powered by a team whose momentum and purpose define what it means to build for the future. #PolarisForge2 #AppliedDigital #AIInfrastructure #DataCenters #NorthDakota #Harwood

A few weeks ago, I wrote that AI is misunderstood as a tech that levels the playing field. It's actually a tech that multiplies output for the skilled and exposes the gaps faster. After attending Bisnow’s modular event last week, I’m convinced modular construction as a technology has a similar misunderstanding. People talk about modular like it’s a cheat code that will solve the housing crisis. “Just stack the boxes, right?” Sure, like a rocket is just tubes and fire. Modular is high-leverage tech but it’s not easier. It reduces labor hours, accelerates inspections and beneficially spreads risk to two "jobsites." If your team is dialed, it works like magic. If not, you get bad results faster, louder, and with a crane bill. We’ve seen success AND meaningful savings by treating education as a project deliverable: onboarding subcontractors, inspectors, lenders, everyone else along the delivery chain. Modular only works with a thoughtful architect, a GC brain, a solid scope matrix, and enough field context to stitch together factory and site. Modular isn’t plug-and-play. It’s rocket fuel. Used well, it takes you to orbit. Used poorly… it takes out the launchpad. Shoutout to a few of our project partners getting us to orbit: Stack Modular ASSEMBLAGE Works, Inc. Bridging innovation and sustainability through Augmented Reality At the recent Saint-Gobain Capital Markets Day, Chryso, GCP, Fosroc, and Weber came together under the new strategic plan #LeadAndGrow2030 to showcase how our Construction Chemicals solutions are shaping the future of bridge infrastructure. Bridges are more than structures connecting two points - they represent the strength, durability, and ingenuity behind modern infrastructure. Across their entire lifespan, from construction and protection to finishing and maintenance, our combined portfolio offers solutions that enhance performance and extend service life. To bring this to life, we introduced an interactive Augmented Reality experience, allowing visitors to explore a 3D bridge model and visualise how Saint-Gobain’s technologies work together in real-world conditions. This immersive demonstration highlighted the Group’s ability to deliver end-to-end materials and expertise for complex civil engineering projects. Our leadership in Construction Chemicals is not just about products; it is about enabling resilient, sustainable, and smarter infrastructure for the future. Watch the video to discover how we are building bridges that stand the test of time. #SaintGobain #Fosroc #Chryso #GCP #BridgeConstruction #infrastructure

Small adjustments may keep a company moving, but they do not prepare it to endure weight. Sovereignty requires complete reconstruction, not surface repair. Business Rebuild & Reconstruction: the sovereign alternative to incremental fixes. Where others patch and adjust, Fornax tears down and rebuilds. We do not add layers to fragility we replace it with architecture designed to endure. Because fragility carried forward compounds under scale. Each new market, hire, or system layered onto a weak foundation multiplies risk. Companies that rely on incremental fixes carry old fractures into every stage of growth. Fornax replaces fragility with sovereign reconstruction through: - Full structural rebuilds rather than piecemeal repairs - Core systems redesigned for resilience and control - Processes rebuilt for precision under greater operational load - Leadership aligned to govern with clarity and authority We do not patch. We reconstruct. Fornax ensures companies move beyond survival fixes into sovereign structures built to carry scale, stability, and empire.

🏦🗝️ Structural Vault — Unlocking the Logic of Structures SV-01 | Forces, Balance & Load Paths ➡️ Internal Actions — The Hidden Forces Within Members Every structure tells two stories: one written in the loads we apply, and another whispered inside the material as it resists. From the outside, forces appear simple: a beam is loaded, supports react, equilibrium is restored. But that’s just the surface. Inside, the structure begins a quiet negotiation: redistributing that external demand into axial forces, shear, and bending moments. These internal actions are how the structure answers the load. Cut the beam in your mind, and you’ll see the truth. One side stretches, the other compresses; layers slide and twist until all motion is neutralized. The external load doesn’t vanish: it transforms. It becomes strain energy, stored like tension in a drawn bow, waiting silently for release. That’s what makes structures remarkable :they don’t resist by brute force, but by absorbing and redistributing energy. The load tries to deform; the material pushes back. Somewhere in between, balance is achieved — not in stillness, but in an invisible dance of internal effort. 🧠 Design & Analysis Takeaways: • External forces initiate deformation; internal forces develop to restore equilibrium. • Shear, moment, and axial force are not reactions to load — they are its transformation into internal resistance. • Strain energy is the physical proof of that resistance — the structure’s way of storing the work done by external forces. • When you plot a shear or moment diagram, you’re tracing the path through which energy travels, transforms, and stabilizes. ➡️ Conclusion: Equilibrium is the structure’s visible calm; internal actions are its invisible strength. The load you apply never disappears — it becomes part of the structure’s inner life, shared among fibers, stored as energy, and released only when the balance breaks. ➡️ Previously: Support Conditions — How Boundaries Shape Reactions and Define Determinacy (link in first comment 👇) ➡️ Next up: Structural Determinacy — When Equilibrium Is Enough and When It Isn’t 💾 Save this post — because understanding structures isn’t about where the loads go, but how the material feels them. #StructuralVault #SV01 #StructuralEngineering #CivilEngineering #EngineeringDesign #Mechanics #Statics #InternalForces #StrainEnergy #ShearForce #BendingMoment #AxialForce

"Engineering for Resilience — Where Every Tremor Becomes a Lesson" In the real world, structures don’t just stand — they endure. This video captures the essence of that endurance — an Earthquake-Resistant Building Design Competition, where participants put their designs to the ultimate test: simulated seismic forces. 🔍 The Challenge: Design a structure that can survive the shake — and prove that innovation is as strong as steel. ⚙️ The Test Setup: Using the RTDG-SHAKE TABLE, participants recreate real earthquake motions, studying how their models behave under stress. It’s not just a test — it’s a learning ground for future-ready engineering. 🏗️ Why It Matters: Each vibration reveals more than data; it reveals how precision, balance, and design intelligence can turn vulnerability into resilience. At Struxera Solutions, we share the same belief — that technology, data, and intelligent design can redefine how structures respond, adapt, and thrive in real-world challenges. "The future of structural design isn’t about resisting forces — it’s about understanding them." #StructuralEngineering #EarthquakeEngineering #SteelStructures #BIM #SmartDesign #ResilientConstruction #EngineeringInnovation #StruxeraSolutions #StructuralSafety #FutureOfEngineering #ShakeTableTesting #CivilEngineering
