Adding secrion for the ui-validate directive

Adding missing documentation / examples for the ui-validate directive. The directive itself made it into 0.2 but not the docs. This PR could be merged now since the ui-validate is already in the angular-ui 0.2,

Hmm, I've just realized that the provided example doesn't work that good (you can type first e-mail, then second matching one and then change the first one - it won't make the form invalid...). Closing this PR for now, need to think about a better example....

yep, I guess I will do a simple black-list example...
