Upgrades docusaurus, typescript, tstl and lua-types.
Latest Monaco no longer seems compatible with your hacky replacement of the TS worker. Instead, we will now fetch a TS worker from the CDN used by the typescript playground (and also the eslint playground and probably others) at install time.
