Thank you to The Drawdown for hosting us at this year’s Operational Leaders Summit in Portugal. Sheetal Tewari participated on the panel “Deep Dive: Governance and regulation in focus: what’s changing for funds and professionals?” alongside James Bryden MBE, Patria Investments, and Martin Sjölund, Summa Equity. Sheetal Tewari: “Governance and accountability are the fabric that turn a firm into a truly well-run, high-performing organisation. As a relatively young institution led by industry veterans, we’ve been able to build that intentionally from the outset, grounding our operations in discipline, transparency and long-term alignment." #TowerPeakPartners #TPP #OLS25 #OperationalLeadersSummit #PrivateEquity #Governance #TheDrawdown

It was a pleasure to speak at The Drawdown OLS in Portugal last week. Ryan Phayer, Jon Whiteaker and I discussed what's next in Fund Finance, focusing on innovation, customisation an relationships. Key takeaways from our session: 1. Innovation is accelerating🏃♀️➡️ Demand from GPs is driving a new wave of innovation, not only in bespoke structures such as NAV, GP, hybrid and pref solutions, but increasingly within subscription lines as well. 2. Technology and “platform thinking” are gaining ground💻 Data-driven lender matching, benchmarking and streamlined execution are adding value to the market. 3. Private credit and insurance are reshaping market capacity and dynamics💰 What was once a bank-dominated ecosystem now includes deep pools of private credit and insurance capital. This means more optionality for GPs and a change in origination and risk-holding dynamics. 4. Choosing the right long-term capital partner matters more than ever♾️ Durability through the fund life is critical. 5. Relationships remain the cornerstone of the market🤝 Tech and data simply broaden them and make them smarter.
