Community marketing that doesn't feel like marketing is SO important! Last Tuesday we teamed up with our friends at Hello Klean and Club Attiva for our latest CLIQ community event: 🥊 Kicked things off with a high-energy boxing class at JAB! 💆♀️ Got pampered post-sweat session with goodies from Hello Klean. 🥥 Stayed hydrated thanks to the crew at Vita Coco and Calo Inc. The whole story was Strong Body, Strong Hair, and it couldn't have been a better fit! At CLIQ, we’ve always believed that the best brand partnerships should never feel like a stiff marketing campaign; they should feel like a real connection. We're just so proud to create events that genuinely bring great brands and amazing communities together in ways that feel 100% authentic 🥊

after years of virtual everything, people are showing up in person again - and it’s changing the way communities grow. 📈 new data shows that 65% of community builders hosted in-person events in 2025, up from just 29% in 2022. that’s more than double in three years! at CLIQ, we see this shift every single day, from supper clubs to walking groups, run clubs to creative meetups, communities are craving connection that goes beyond the screen. because nothing replaces the feeling of being there: chatting before an event, grabbing a post-walk coffee, or meeting someone new who just gets it 💜 and we are SO excited to see how much more this grows going into 2026!

when wellness meets community 💫 last month, we partnered with Nuchu and Girls in the Big City for an afternoon that perfectly combined movement, connection and wellbeing the community took part in a pilates session, networked with like-minded women, and discovered Nuchu’s vitamins! events like these are why i love what we do at CLIQ - they’re not just about workouts or brand moments, they’re about bringing people together through shared experiences because when movement and conversation come together, connection follows naturally a huge thank you to Nuchu for helping us create such an energising morning and to Girls in the Big City for building a community that celebrates women showing up for themselves and each other 💞

New research from Curtin University shows that people who chat with friends every day score significantly higher on well-being scales than those who do so less than once a week Researchers found that simple, everyday behaviours such as connecting with others, spending time in nature, and doing mentally engaging activities were strongly linked with better mental health For someone building community (whether you’re leading one or helping brands build them), this is key because: → community isn’t only about big events - it’s about daily connection → one chat, one walk, one small moment can create belonging → when people feel connected regularly, they feel better - not just socially, but emotionally Here at CLIQ, we see this all the time The post run club coffees, the group chats, the comments in app. These micro-moments build the fabric of belonging Connection doesn’t only happen at flashy, big moments - it happens when we live it!

belonging to a local group or club can reduce feelings of isolation by up to 21% it’s such a simple stat, but such a powerful reminder - connection really does make us feel better joining a club isn’t just about having plans on a tuesday night. it’s about finding your people, the ones who ask how your week’s been, who remember your name, who make the city feel a little less big that 21% isn’t just a number. it’s hundreds of small moments that add up: → chatting mid-run → laughing over post-event coffees → seeing familiar faces week after week that’s what we see at CLIQ every single day - people finding real belonging in small, consistent ways and it all starts with saying yes to showing up 💬 this is your challenge to push yourself out of your comfort zone this week and say yes!

community deserves to be celebrated more not just when the numbers grow, or when something goes viral - but in the quiet, consistent moments that make people feel like they belong. the morning run where someone new joins the chat. the group message where people check in on each other. the event that turns strangers into familiar faces. those are the wins worth shouting about 🫶 working with communities has taught us here at CLIQ that growth isn’t always about scale it’s about depth. it’s about how people feel when they show up, not how many show up. so here’s to: → the organisers who keep showing up → the members who make it feel like home → and the moments that remind us why connection matters community might not always make headlines, but it changes lives every single day 💌

when running, community and female-founded brands align perfectly! last wednesday we took over clapham common with The Stride & Thrive Club (hosted by the amazing lola clinton-hayward), powered by our friends at Nuchu → 5k around the common 🏃♀️ → post-run drinks + chats 🍹 → nuchu goodies ✨ the event was a huge success, and it was the kind of evening that reminds you why movement-based communities are so powerful and nuchu is the perfect brand for this - with vitamins that give you the nutrients you need without compromising on gut health huge thank you to Nuchu for making it happen and supporting women-led spaces that bring people together if you missed this one, don’t worry - there are plenty more like this coming up!
