In case you missed it: Our new Security Clearance Mythbuster From AI to robotics, small suppliers (SMEs) are driving some of the most exciting innovation in Defence. Yet many small suppliers tell us that the security clearance process is complex – creating barriers to entry. To tackle this challenge, we’ve created a Security Clearance Mythbuster: a factsheet that tackles the most common misconceptions about the security clearance process. This helps smaller suppliers without cleared resources understand what’s really required, so they don’t self-select out of MOD opportunities. By making the process easier to understand, we’re removing unnecessary barriers and encouraging more businesses, including those who’s employees don’t currently hold clearances, to bid for work. Read the new factsheet to dispel any myths you might have about the process 👇 Get in touch with Commercial X if you have any questions: DefComrcl-ComrclX@mod.gov.uk Commercial X is the MOD’s flagship programme – working to put groundbreaking innovation into the hands of our warfighters quickly.
