  • Yesterday was our very first event in our Sustainable High Performance Lab series. This one was Padel and Performance, and we couldn’t have enjoyed it more. We brought a group of C-suite leaders and founders together to start the morning with a “lightly” (read: extremely) competitive game of padel, guided by an expert coach. For most people it was their first time picking up a racket, yet somehow everyone played like they’d been doing it for years. The tournament to end was such a highlight, with a podium finish for the brilliant Steve Low! Afterwards we moved into a high-performance breakfast created by our partner Pow Food | BCorp, Nutrition-led Catering which we all raved about. It was designed with intention, with our HumanOS nutritionists, giving people what they actually need to sustain energy and focus through the day. We then shifted into a session with our fearless leader Bianca Errigo, who spoke on Sustainable High Performance before opening the room up for a peer-to-peer discussion. The honesty, the quality of conversation, and the willingness to share made the whole thing feel incredibly grounded. A few themes came up again and again. • The role psychological safety plays in real performance • How refreshing it is to connect actively in the morning rather than giving up yet another evening • How much easier real conversation becomes when people feel relaxed instead of “on show” But what made the event truly brilliant was the people in the room. Our application process exists so we can curate each Lab with intention, and this group was exactly why we do it. Open-minded, curious, supportive, and unexpectedly excellent at padel. Thank you to every single attendee for bringing such good energy and being so genuinely excited about what we’re building with HumanOS. You made the first Lab something we’ll remember for a long time. Adam Ayres, Emily Taylor, Kaitlen Kelly, Corey Archard, David Prysor Hulse DipPFS (DM), ACSI, Andrew Dewar PhD, Cally-Marie Burgess, Johnny Isaacs, Rupert Carter, Hannah E., Steve Low, Sam Field, Joe Chilvers (and we missed you Duncan Wills MARLA but you will be first on the list for our next event), thank you so much for joining us! More action shots to come! #Leadership #Performance #HumanOS #Events #LondonBusiness

Founder @ HumanOS | Global Speaker on Sustainable High Performance and Wellbeing | Changing the Way We Work and Live, for Good 🌟

It is very rare I am lost for words... but writing this post was one of those times. Yesterday was so much more than just an experience. It was the bringing together of like-minded leaders, but more importantly, like-minded humans. Humans discussing the very real realities that we’re collectively facing in today’s working world. It was a chance to show people what HumanOS looks like when it’s lived, breathed and experienced, not just on their screens. → A thank you and meaningful connection with our customers → An introduction and taste for future customers → A strengthening of the partners who walk this journey with us → A reaffirmation of our vision for our investors. But what I really have to share? One of my team said something to me after our event that really made me stop. Even as I write this, I stop again. He said: “B, sometimes I think your version of success is so extreme… and the pressure you apply to yourself is so high, you forget just how much you have already created.” He couldn’t be more right. For me, the success of HumanOS looks like: → A global footprint → Millions of users → Positively impacting every single one of them → Being a leading force in changing the trajectory of the future of work and then eventually… a 7-figure exit and a llama sanctuary. Joking... but not really joking. I guess when the standards are that high, and you don’t let the pressure relieve for a nanosecond until you get there, you really do forget to look at how far you’ve come. For me, it has been almost a decade of following this path. Going out alone. Building services I believe the world needs. So I sometimes forget just how fresh HumanOS is. It is easy to get swallowed up in the news of the unicorns. The multi-billion companies with five employees. The 503-time successfully exited founder 😂 But actually, in less than three years we have: → Thousands of people on the platform → Generated six figures with YOY growth → And most importantly: changed hundreds of lives already Lives of people who would otherwise never have access to this kind of support and expertise. Witnessing the transformation. Being part of that journey. I am so busy chasing my definition of success for us, I forget how much this already means. So yesterday was more than just our first HumanOS experience on home soil. It was a moment of connection. To move without agenda and have some fun. To educate and learn, from us and from one another. To fuel our bodies with what we need to look after ourselves too. And for me? → It turns out a moment of reflection. Sure, I am nowhere near where I want us to be. But I have created something. And it exists. And it works. And yesterday… we took another huge step in the direction we continue to travel. Forwards. So my reminder to you? Today, take some time to reflect. Look at what you have achieved. Not just what is next. Bianca #HumanOS #healthtech #futureofwork #culture #leadership

  • Today is International Men’s Health Day. This month, we’ve focused on creating genuine spaces for men to talk about the pressure they carry into work and the impact it has on performance. Across Homeground Management Ltd and Long Harbour Ltd, our resident professional development and men’s health specialist, Adam Ayres, ran in-person sessions that opened conversations many teams rarely have. We also hosted a live fireside chat on the platform between coaches Adam and Olivia Wynne, discussing breaking down the stigma around men’s mental health. Bianca Errigo, our founder, was joined by Jordan W. MBE for a very special HumanOS Heroes episode in the studio for a powerful conversation on men’s health in 2025, from identity and loneliness to purpose, role models, and the rise of unhealthy narratives, Bianca also herself appeared on several podcasts this month talking in depth about men’s health in the workplace, again breaking the silence and explore what men really need today. • Three quarters of UK suicides are by men (Mental Health Foundation, 2024). • The suicide rate for men in England and Wales is 17.4 per 100,000, compared with 5.7 for women (ONS, 2023). • Only 36 percent of referrals for NHS talking therapies are men (NHS Digital, 2023). For workplaces, these figures translate directly into motivation, focus, confidence, decision making and consistency across the quarter. When men feel unable to speak up early, the cost becomes presenteeism, dips in performance and eventual burnout. HumanOS exists to change that. Our work gives men practical tools to manage stress, improve focus and build recovery habits that support both their health and their performance. It also helps organisations create environments where asking for support is seen as strength. International Men’s Health Day is a reminder that people perform better when they feel able to be honest. What is one thing your organisation could do this week to make these conversations easier? #MensHealthDay #SustainableHighPerformance #Leadership #ModernWorkplace #HumanOS

This time next week, HumanOS will be back on Dutch soil as we return to one of our favourite cities, Amsterdam 🇳🇱🇳🇱🇳🇱 Earlier this year, we partnered with Behind The Mask Community for an incredible leadership dinner where we explored the power of vulnerability in leadership. Next week, we’re taking things even further. A fully immersive experience focused on The Future of Work, and what today’s leaders need to navigate the reality we’re already operating in. One day. One collective of forward-thinking leaders. A deep dive into what’s changing. Keynotes. Peer-to-peer masterclasses. Live coaching. Group work. And of course, a very special Behind The Mask Community dinner. We’re leaving no stone unturned. The landscape of work has shifted. How prepared are you? I believe we have a final space or two remaining so DM myself or Marie Chaproniere to learn more ✨ Bianca #leadership #futureofwork #culture #employeewellbeing #engagement ______________________ Hi - Bianca here 👋 I’m the founder of HumanOS sustainable high performance platform supporting forward-thinking organisations in their journey of success. ______________________________ 🚀 Want me to speak at your next event or bring this conversation to your workplace? • Too many men still only talk about their mental health when things hit breaking point. On the HumanOS platform last week, we hosted a Mindset & Momentum masterclass as part of Men's Health Awareness Month. HumanOS coaches Adam Ayres and Olivia Wynne had an open conversation about what it really means to look after your mental health, especially when motivation dips and the darker months make everything feel heavier. Adam shared how burnout forced him to look at things differently: “Start small, chunk it down, and create a path of least resistance.” Build small habits and a toolkit that help you stay grounded when energy runs low. He also spoke about how winter can throw off your rhythm. “You’re waking up in the dark, getting home in the dark, and that shift can really affect your motivation. Doing the work is hard, but you can make it more accessible for yourself.” For him, that means a playlist that lifts his energy, breathwork, or small changes that help shift his mindset quickly. Olivia built on that idea. “It’s about emotional agility, not making excuses,” she said. “Whether it’s the weather, your schedule, or your energy levels, there’s always a way to adapt.” It was a reminder that strength doesn’t come from pushing harder, but from finding flexible ways to stay consistent and connected. HumanOS users can access the full masterclass now on the platform! What’s in your toolkit when motivation drops? #MensHealth #HumanOS #SustainableHighPerformance #Leadership #PerformanceCulture
