An international banking consortium of 18 syndicate banks, led by UniCredit Group, has provided a US$1.1 billion revolving credit facility for Neumann Gruppe GmbH. As a global coffee wholesaler, Neumann will use the funds to refinance and consolidate its existing financing arrangements and to finance general trading activities of the Neumann Group. The facility includes an increase option to a total of US$1.4 billion. A cross-border Dentons team from 10 jurisdictions, including Germany, Brazil, France, Italy, Colombia, Mexico, Spain, Singapore, and the US advised UniCredit as documentation agent including throughout the entire syndication process.
