ESR Group and Wide Creek Asset Management are jointly developing KR1, our first data centre in South Korea. Construction of the 80 MW, nine-storey facility in Incheon’s Bupyeong District is commencing this week and targeted to be operational by 2028. The site has been leased to Princeton Digital Group. Located in one of South Korea’s key digital and business hubs, KR1 will support seamless data flow and AI-driven innovation across the region. Designed to achieve LEED Gold certification, the development will include advanced features such as building-integrated photovoltaics and fuel cells to further drive energy efficiency and innovation. KR1 is part of ESR’s 3.2+ GW APAC data centre pipeline, which will deliver data centre solutions to capital partners and customers supporting the region’s accelerating digital growth and demand for scalable, high-performance infrastructure. We’re  thrilled to announce that OS1 Cosmosquare located in Osaka, Japan has achieved LEED Gold certification. This is the first Data Centre designed & completed by ESR and now operated by CloudHQ. Welcome Amazon to Greenlink!    Excitement was in the air as the online retail giant officially opened its 52,000sqm, purpose-built fulfilment centre in Cranbourne West, Victoria, Australia.    Developed by ESR in close collaboration with Amazon and delivered in partnership with Qanstruct, this purpose-built facility will support Amazon’s Victorian expansion – creating 500+ local jobs and processing up to 4 million items from its e-commerce platform.    Built with sustainability in mind, the facility features lithium-powered industrial trucks, a 3MW rooftop solar array, on-grade dock doors, and high-performance insulation to enhance comfort in conditioned spaces. Our team was proud to mark this milestone alongside the Hon. Danny Pearson, Minister for Economic Growth and Jobs, Cr Stefan Koomen JP, Mayor of Casey, Pauline Richards, State Member for Cranbourne, Janet Menzies, Country Manager Amazon, alongside local councillors and project partners.   Greenlink continues to attract global and local operators to the site, thanks to its prime location, 800m of direct frontage to Western Port Highway and onsite wellness features available for all users. We’re proud to unveil ESR Kawanishi Distribution Centre 3 (DC3) – a landmark nine-storey, 433,000 sqm logistics facility and our largest development in Japan to date. Strategically located in Kawanishi City, DC3 responds to the growing demand for modern, large-scale logistics parks supporting the re-onshoring of manufacturing activity. Backed by 14 leading Japanese institutional investors and a major European capital partner, DC3 reflects strong confidence in the market. The ESR Kawanishi project involved the rezoning of 50 hectares of land, in collaboration with Kawanishi City, to drive long-term economic value for the community.
