  • Building leadership skills doesn’t always have to happen in the boardroom! We recently wrapped up our first two-day outbound learning workshop for our key talent, hosted in collaboration with Pegasus Learning Unbound. We call it Lambda Vanguard, with Lambda symbolizing transformation and growth, and Vanguard representing those who lead from the front. As part of our Business Transformation Leadership Development Initiative, this workshop brought together strategy, innovation, and analytics through hands-on, experiential learning. The program focused on understanding self and others, strengthening collaboration, communicating with impact, following through on commitments, and driving executional excellence. Across two days, participants trekked, camped, tackled team challenges, navigated obstacle courses, and gathered around the bonfire for reflection circles, using every experience to build leadership muscle in real time. This is one of many experiential learning journeys ahead as we continue strengthening our talent pipeline.

  • We were recently at the 4th GCC Leadership Conclave 2025, contributing to discussions on the evolving role of GCCs. Here’s what stood out: - GCCs are stepping up from support centres to strategic innovation engines, driving enterprise growth and value, with India emerging as a global GCC powerhouse. - AI is moving from pilots to real-world impact. AI-powered Enterprise Digital Twins and intelligent agents are becoming predictive, adaptive, and increasingly autonomous, helping organisations improve forecasting, efficiency, and scenario planning. - Strong data, cloud, and integration foundations are essential to scale these digital-first, AI-led initiatives. - GCCs are evolving into platforms that nurture global leaders, with talent focused on adaptability, curiosity, and continuous learning. - Cyber resilience, compliance, governance, and ESG are now core priorities as GCCs accelerate their digital transformation.   • We were recently at DAC’25, and it was incredible. The conversations reinforced what the industry is already seeing: GenAI has progressed from pilots to producing tangible business results. Building on that theme, our experts Rajesh Gupta and Chirag Jain took the stage to talk about how GenAI is democratizing enterprise knowledge. They highlighted how Fortune 500 companies are already leveraging GenAI to accelerate analysis, improve decision-making, and achieve measurable results. Attendees saw BeagleGPT in action and how it enables conversational data exploration, strategic analysis, automated reporting, and real-time insights. Ravi and Chirag also addressed key trust concerns, including hallucinations, data quality, and metric reliability, and showed how BeagleGPT tackles these challenges to deliver accurate and reliable intelligence. Overall, the message was clear: Enterprise intelligence is being rewritten in real time, and GenAI is right at the center of it.
