About us

Founded in 2005, the Regional Intervention Platform for the Americas and the Caribbean (PIRAC) is the representative delegation of the French Red Cross for the Caribbean region as well as its operational body for humanitarian action. The PIRAC assists populations in the Caribbean who are affected by major disasters and aims to develop actions to strengthen the resilience of Caribbean people in the French territories and the broader Caribbean.
