ScrapeInterval per metric

Hi

I am using the latest version 1.5.3. What i observed from the debug logs is that the scrape interval per metric is not getting honoured. Everytime the url is scraped, all queries in the custom-metrics.toml are run, eventhough for some metrics have scrapeinterval set to 24h.

I'd like to add that when using the exporter scrape interval, the metrics that have a scrape interval configured are not exposed it seems. I suspect they are only exposed when the scrape interval moment is there, but not on other moments. I would have expected to 'old' value is exposed as long as the metric is not updated.
