[Bug] Unwanted underlining in the resource page

Description

The view in detail button in the resource page, which lies below the resource thumbnail on the page, has an unwanted underline for the text that looks odd and unsatisfactory.

Reproduction

1. go to https://resources.creativecommons.org/
2. click on any resource , for example https://resources.creativecommons.org/six-licenses-for-sharing-your-work/
3. look at the green view in detail button
4. See error.

Expectation

The underline should be removed.
