🙌On this International Children’s Rights Day, we are proud to officially launch the Babilou Family Scientific education committee! 🔬As part of our new strategic plan, Babilou Family has established a Scientific education committee composed of five internationally recognized experts to strengthen our evidence-based approach to Early Childhood Education. It will focus on three key areas: parenting, multilingualism, and inclusion. 🎉This collaboration marks a major step forward in our commitment to continuously enhance the quality of our educational practices across all Babilou Family countries. It is also a key milestone in our 2028 strategic plan, which aims to welcome every child with the highest standards of safety, quality, and educational ambition, while supporting our teams with evidence-based practices. 🔍 From Research to Action: A Report to Transform Early Childhood Education The International Congress on Neuroscience, Education, and Early Childhood Protection, organized by UNESCO and the Babilou Family Foundation, brought together world-renowned experts in September 2024 to explore actionable levers for more equitable and effective early childhood education. 📘 The resulting report is now available. It captures the rich discussions between researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and parents around three key themes: 1. Early brain and cognitive development 2. Developmental and learning inequalities 3. Socio-emotional skills 💡 Recent advances in neuroscience confirm the decisive impact of early interventions on a child’s overall development. 🎓 Back from Singapore, where science-based early early childhood practice shaped every conversation. Our Education Director, Laurie Catteeuw, just returned from Singapore, where she represented Babilou Family at the ECDA Early Childhood Celebrations & Conference 2025 At this occasion, she shared our Sustainable Education vision with early childhood leaders, visited our centres, and exchanged with ECDA, NIEC and the Dad for Life teams.  What stood out from this trip?  🧠 Singapore is placing emotional development at the core of early education, which is perfectly aligned with our belief that emotional security comes first 🔬Promising opportunities emerged for research collaboration, training and practice-sharing 🏫 Inspiring visits across our nurseries, proudly seeing strong progress in child-led exploration and freedom of movement A big thank you to Rowena Mark Ramos and all Babilou Family Singapore colleagues for your warm welcome and for your commitment to nurturing confident, curious and emotionally secure children every day. 🔐 Cyber Month at Babilou Family: United for Cybersecurity! This October, our 14,000 colleagues across 10 countries joined forces to raise awareness and strengthen our collective resilience against cyber threats💪🌍 Through interactive trainings, phishing simulations, expert-led webinars, and cybersecurity QUIZZ, Cyber Month became a powerful reminder that cybersecurity is everyone’s business. This year, we also focused on the growing impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) a technology full of promise, but also of new responsibilities. As the AI Act and GDPR set clear frameworks for the ethical and secure use of data, our mission is more important than ever: to protect the data of our families, companies, and our colleagues.    Every one of us plays a key role in ensuring that innovation goes hand in hand with trust, privacy, and responsibility.
