Last week, our colleague Dr. Katharina Blöcher had the pleasure of speaking at the L’Osteria Franchise Convention in Dresden, where she explored the incredible potential of AI in the restaurant industry. 🍽   Her keynote covered the full spectrum, from today's practical GenAI applications to emerging Agentic AI and robotics supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. The discussions highlighted where the industry currently stands in adopting these technologies and what is needed to make AI initiatives successful: high-quality data, the right infrastructure and processes, and strong data & AI literacy across the organization. 💡💡💡   A big thank you to everyone involved and for the inspiring exchange!
