Info
UEFA – the Union of European Football Associations – we are the game's governing body in Europe. We are a representative democracy, and the umbrella organisation for 55 national football associations across Europe. Our objectives are, among other things, to deal with all questions relating to European football, to promote football in a spirit of unity, solidarity, peace, understanding and fair play, without any discrimination on the part of politics, race, religion, gender or any other reason, to safeguard the values of European football, maintain relations with all stakeholders involved in European football, and support and safeguard its member associations for the overall well-being of the European game. We have a clear vision: a united European football family working together to improve enjoyment of the game.

⚽ Building football leadership together across Oceania ⚽ Last week, through the UEFA Together Programme, we joined forces with Oceania Football Confederation to share knowledge and strengthen football leadership beyond Europe. 🇳🇿 In Auckland, we co-delivered the OFC Executive Programme for General Secretaries, working side by side to explore how to: ✅ Build high-performing organisations through effective HR strategies ✅ Embed a culture of excellence in everyday operations 🇸🇧 In the Solomon Islands, we partnered with OFC and the host federation to launch the first-ever OFC Football Management Certificate, covering key topics such as planning, the global football landscape, leadership and people management. These initiatives form part of our three-year collaboration with OFC, focused on capacity building and football development across the region, with the shared goal of leaving a lasting, impactful legacy for the game. #UEFATogether UEFA Academy
