  • We loved seeing this from the Progressive Sealing Inc. team — and we couldn’t agree more. It was a privilege to support this group as they stepped away from the day-to-day and invested in how they work together. The curiosity, honesty, and willingness to stretch outside comfort zones made the day what it was. A special shoutout to Laura Barton, MA, whose depth of experience with Insights — and her gift for making complex ideas land in a practical, human way — created an environment where real learning could happen. Watching the room shift from insight to application is exactly why she’s one of the best in the field. To the Progressive Sealing Inc. team: thank you for showing up the way you did. Your openness made the work meaningful — and it’s clear you’re building something strong together. #LeadershipDevelopment #InsightsDiscovery #TeamDynamics #FamilyEnterprise #PeopleAndCulture #BuildingTrust https://lnkd.in/grMqsay5

💡 Investing in Our People: Insights Workshop Day Yesterday, we took the rare step of pressing pause on our daily work and closing the office so our entire Progressive Sealing Inc. team could spend the day together at an Insights Discovery Workshop. We see this as an investment in ourselves, in one another, and in the culture we are building. The Insights Discovery framework helps us better understand our communication styles, strengths, and growth areas so we can collaborate more effectively, build trust, and achieve collective success. The framework is built around four colours that represent how we each work and communicate: 🔴 Fiery Red – On a good day: competitive, demanding, determined, strong-willed and purposeful. On a bad day: aggressive, controlling, driving, overbearing and intolerant. 🟡 Sunshine Yellow – On a good day: persuasive, demonstrative, sociable, enthusiastic, dynamic. On a bad day: excitable, frantic, indiscreet, flamboyant, hasty. 🟢 Earth Green – On a good day: caring, encouraging, sharing, patient and relaxed. On a bad day: docile, bland, plodding, reliant and stubborn. 🔵 Cool Blue – On a good day: cautious, precise, deliberate, questioning and formal. On a bad day: stuffy, indecisive, suspicious, cold and reserved. We were fortunate to learn from Laura Barton, MA, one of Canada’s first accredited Insights practitioners. Laura teaches at UBC’s Sauder School of Business, has taught at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management, and also worked with the founder of Insights in Scotland. Her expertise helps leaders and teams create both greater effectiveness and greater fulfillment, and not a single minute of the workshop was boring. We are so proud of our Progressive Sealing team for showing up curious, open, and willing to share their vulnerabilities. It was an amazing day filled with learning, laughter, and genuine connection. Thank you, Laura, for guiding us through such an engaging and meaningful experience. We are back to work today stronger, more connected, and excited to keep growing together. 💬 What colour are you? #ProgressiveSealing #InsightsDiscovery #WhatColourAreYou #Red #Yellow #Green #Blue #LeadershipDevelopment #CompanyCulture #TeamBuilding #EmployeeEngagement #MindsetMatters #BuildingTrust #Values
