This November marks our first-ever Give Back Month at On – four weeks of opportunities across the globe for our teammates to volunteer, donate and attend learning sessions with the intention of nurturing a greater positive impact with the communities around us. Finishing in 6th in New York in 2015, as the top American, Laura is no stranger to training at the highest level. A specialist in road running disciplines, she brings a unique understanding of the historic course and the drive it takes to perform over 26.2 miles. Two athletes working toward a dream - their connection built through miles of training and a shared understanding of the road ahead. #DreamOn
