  • We’re excited to share that David Hill is stepping into the role of Managing Director at Doshii - a move that feels like the perfect pairing 🐠 🍷 Dave has been leading Product and Marketing functions for Doshii for quite some time, and anyone who’s worked with him knows he brings clarity, curiosity, and a genuine customer obsession to everything he does. It was a no-brainer that he’d be the person to guide the team through their next course of growth - both for Doshii and as part of the wider x15ventures family. Thank you Mark Raso for your leadership and the incredible momentum you've driven at Doshii. Wishing you all the best as you dive into what’s next!   Please join us in officially welcoming Dave to his new role 👏

  • Meet Kim Nguyen from Doshii 👋 She's on a mission to reimagine how hospitality venues connect their tech.    Kim is passionate about making complex tech feel effortless, and with some exciting, design-led updates on the horizon, Doshii’s set to make it easier than ever for folks in the industry to spend less time on admin and more time doing what they do best 🥂

  • Where did October go? Before we blink and it's already November, we wanted to take a moment to reflect back on a standout moment from this month, SXSW Sydney, where ideas, creativity, and tech collided. We had the Kit team join our friends at Commonwealth Bank on their Brighter Bus tour, our MD Toby Norton-Smith on the Enterprise, Big Data, and Artificial Intelligence startup pitch judging panel (congrats to the team at Springboards.ai), and our x'ers out and about soaking up conversations that reminded us why we do what we do.   A few themes we’re taking with us from the talks we saw: 🤝 Building trust and consent into how teams work 💭 Rethinking new features for flexibility and real life 💡 Using tech for good to make generosity part of everyday life.   Here’s to keeping that SXSW momentum rolling.   #SXSWSydney #MadetoScale

  • This week our Sydney-based x'ers joined our friends at Commonwealth Bank to take on the 21km Can4Cancer walk across the Harbour, raising awareness and supporting an incredible cause close to so many in our community. 💛   Huge shout-out to every walker (and those involved in the Bake Sale, for keeping our pre-walk sugar levels high). It was a day of good conversations, tired legs, and a shared purpose - and we couldn’t be more proud of all involved. Swipe through for some of our favourite snaps from the day. 📸 #Can4Cancer #LifeAtx15

There’s nothing quite like working from home. The comfort of your own space, a mid-morning coffee in the sun, and the perfect playlist keeping you in the zone. But the real highlight? Working for a company that truly trusts and values its people, making flexibility part of the culture. When teams are trusted and supported, they bring their best selves to work, and it shows in their productivity and mindset. Doshii x15ventures

  • Scaling with purpose, state by state 🚀 The team behind our digital conveyancing venture, Home-in, has launched a new state-based pod model - a major milestone in bringing the team even closer to customers. This evolution means deeper local expertise, stronger community connections, and better outcomes for customers navigating one of life’s biggest moments. A huge congratulations to the Home-in team - scaling with intent, impact, and plenty of team spirit (with a side helping of trivia, of course 🎉). #MadeToScale #LifeAtx15

  • That’s a wrap on a HUGE week at #Intersekt25! 🚀 💪 Our MD Toby Norton-Smith was joined on stage by Marnie Baker AM, Lynn Thompson, Dominic Pym, and 🌱 Judy Anderson-Firth to talk fintech titans 🔐 Truyu MD Melanie Hayden and friend of x15 Ethan T. from Commonwealth Bank discussed staying one step ahead of scammers alongside Andrew Davies and Jonathan Perkinson ✨ We announced an exciting new partnership with the incredible team at Triple Bubble 🤝 Gathered around a (rectangular-shaped) roundtable for some great conversations 🥐 And put away more than our fair share of Lune croissants (is there really such a thing as too many?) Across both days, one message came through loud and clear: The fintech ecosystem thrives when we work together. Collaboration > competition. A big thanks to FinTech Australia for putting on yet another brilliant event. We’re already looking forward to doing it all over again in 2026!
