Big news: Locomote is officially part of Webjet Group! I’m delighted to share that we’ve completed our acquisition of Locomote, marking the launch of Webjet Business Travel. Two years ago, Locomote was a very different business. Since then, it has been rebuilt and transformed into a fully scalable, customer-first digital travel platform, designed for business travellers with tech that streamlines bookings, provides real visibility and control, and makes travel simpler for every traveller. That transformation has already delivered significant TTV growth and created a state-of-the-art digital product ready to scale. This acquisition allows us to launch a stand-alone Webjet Business Travel offering around three years earlier and at a lower cost than building in-house - while also reducing execution risk. Importantly, it frees our leisure team to focus on the next wave of innovation, including AI and other emerging technologies shaping the future of travel. We’ll now focus on scaling and enhancing Locomote’s platform with Webjet’s brand strength, partnerships, and reach, expanding our share of the business travel market in Australia - a key pillar of our FY30 Strategic Plan. A very warm welcome to the entire Locomote team - I’m excited about what we’ll achieve together in this next chapter.

🌱 Building a Better Webjet Group: Our First Sustainability Report Last month, we released our FY25 Sustainability Report as the new Webjet Group – our first since becoming a standalone company after the demerger last year. This is an exciting milestone for us, and we’re proud to share the steps we’re taking to make travel better for our people, our customers, our communities, and the planet. Some FY25 highlights: 💼 Achieved gender diversity targets: 60% women on our Board, 49% women in senior management, 50% women managers. ✅ Maintained our strong safety record: zero lost time injuries ✈️ Continued focus on superior customer service: - First Contact Resolution up 8 percentage points vs. FY24 - Customer Satisfaction up 5 percentage points vs. FY24 - NPS up 12 percentage points vs. FY24 - Webjet OTA named Leading Online Travel Agency in Oceania and Australia at the 2024 World Travel Awards. - Airport Rental and Motorhome Republic websites maintained TrustPilot scores of 4.3 or above. 🌏 Climate focus: Refreshed climate risk assessment and re-baselined carbon emissions footprint post-demerger 🌱 Over 27,000 tonnes of carbon offset through Webjet OTA's Sustainable Traveller Program. 🐾 A more wildlife-friendly future: We took action to remove low animal welfare activities from the Webjet website and continue to review all activity offerings with our third-party provider. Importantly, we are now actively working with World Animal Protection towards developing an animal welfare policy to guide future partnerships. This is just the beginning, and we’re excited to keep making progress.
