We’re honoured to share the news that Saffire Freycinet has been awarded two keys in the inaugural Michelin Guide indicating an ‘exceptional stay'. The MICHELIN Guide has long been synonymous with dining excellence, but the new system extends its prestige to hospitality. The keys – awarded in tiers of one, two, or three – represent different levels of unforgettable stays. Only 35 hotels across Australia were awarded keys, including our sister properties MACq 01 Hotel and The Henry Jones Art Hotel who were each awarded one key. This honour reflects the dedication of our team to craft deeply personal and immersive experiences in one of the world’s most extraordinary natural settings.
