Level 22, 367 Collins Street, Melbourne As part of our ongoing involvement at the landmark 367 Collins Street repositioning, Nutbrook Group is pleased to announce the successful delivery of a full-floor speculative fit-out, accompanied with a new lift lobby and new amenities on Level 22. Serving as client-side Project Manager, we worked closely with the asset owner, consultants, contractor, and leasing team to transform a dated floor into a modern, flexible workspace designed to meet today’s occupiers demands. The new 1,175 sqm fit-out features a carefully considered layout, attractive to a wide range of tenants, featuring open-plan work areas, boardrooms, multiple meeting rooms and solo workspaces, and a dedicated wellness room to cater to a variety of tenant requirements. Comprehensive upgrades to the on-floor lobby and amenities complemented the suite, enhancing the overall tenant experience with new bathroom fixtures, floor and wall finishes, lighting, and brand new lift lobbies. The works took place within an occupied building and a strong collaboration across all stakeholders was required to enable a seamless delivery and coordination in order to minimise disruption to existing tenants. The project was delivered smoothly and to an exceptional standard - reinforcing Nutbrook Group’s expertise in managing refurbishments in live environments.
