This week, Paul Edmonds and Sam Maloney represented Northern Star at the prestigious NewGenGold Conference, along with over 40 of our geologists eager to hear inspiring stories of gold discoveries globally. Paul shared the remarkable growth story at KCGM, where Northern Star has added an impressive 19.9Moz in Mineral Resources since 2020. Sam delivered an exciting update on the Hercules discovery, located just 27km from KCGM – highlighting the strength of our exploration strategy. These presentations and achievements are only possible thanks to the passionate teamwork of the many contributors, some of which are represented in the photos. Our STARR Core Values in action ⭐ Northern Star Emergency Response Teams from our KCGM, Kalgoorlie Ops, Carosue Dam and Jundee Operations recently competed in the Chamber of Minerals and Energy of WA Underground Mine Emergency Response Competition. Teams from across the Goldfields faced realistic, high-pressure scenarios designed to improve their skills and strengthen overall emergency response readiness. Our MD Stuart Tonkin joined the panel at the AMEC (Association of Mining and Exploration Companies) Meet the Producers breakfast yesterday to discuss what’s driving WA’s mining sector. When asked about the strengths of the industry in Western Australia, Stu summed it up with: “WA has the Minerals, the Maths stacks up, and we have the Motivation… plus we have the sunshine.” A winning formula!

Today we released our September 2025 Quarterly Results - with strong performance at KCGM and disciplined cost control across the portfolio - resulting in 381koz of gold sold at AISC of A$2,522/oz. Our Managing Director, Stuart Tonkin said, “We remain well positioned to deliver our full-year guidance… we are firmly aligned to our purpose of delivering superior returns for our shareholders." Over the weekend, Northern Star proudly donated not one, but TWO 1kg gold bars to the Telethon Ball Auction. With gold prices soaring past $6,500/oz, these bars helped raise an incredible $1 million to support WA kids through Telethon7. Each bar, made from 99.99% pure gold, mined and processed at our WA Operations and refined by Gold Corporation - The Perth Mint, reflects our commitment to giving back to one of the communities we call home. Since our first gold bar donation in 2017, we've proudly supported Telethon's important work and we're honoured to continue the tradition 💛

This weekend, Team Northern Star will once again be taking part in the MACA Cancer 200 Ride for the Perkins. Northern Star is proud to partner with the Royal Flying Doctor Service (WA) to open the Goldfields Health Centre – a brand-new GP Clinic delivering high-quality health care to Kalgoorlie-Boulder.   The Centre is a vital addition to the Goldfields, expanding access to primary health services and serving as a training hub for allied health students through the Goldfields University Department of Rural Health.   At Northern Star, we’re committed to building stronger, healthier communities.
