🚜 Investing in Local Talent and Community Growth Macmahon, in collaboration with PT Agincourt Resources, has completed the Articulated Dump Truck (ADT) Operator Training Program at the Martabe mine. Fifteen participants from fifteen local villages were selected from a pool of 388 applicants and trained to meet modern mining standards with a strong focus on safety and operational excellence. This initiative reflects our commitment to building a skilled local workforce and fostering meaningful community engagement. 🚛 Reviving the Giants of Telfer! Following Greatland's acquisition of the Telfer mine, a fleet of 12 Caterpillar 793C trucks is getting a second life through a full rebuild program at Macmahon’s Perth workshop. Each truck is stripped, inspected, and rebuilt to OEM spec with major components replaced if they have below 20% life remaining. Each truck also receives abrasive blasting, a new coat of paint, and safety and functional upgrades, as necessary. This isn’t just a mechanical feat, it’s a training ground for our apprentices and a showcase of collaboration across trades. With over 5,000 crew-hours per truck, the program reflects the scale and precision of the work involved in rebuilding these machines. Two trucks down. At the Byerwen Project, we're proud to be part of the Mackay community - many of our team members and their families call it home. In 2025, the team supported North Mackay Little Athletics, a local club that’s been helping young athletes grow and have fun for more than 40 years. To help improve safety and keep things running smoothly, we supplied a portable defibrillator and a freezer for the club’s canteen. We’re proud to see the next phase of the Yan Yean Road Upgrade kicking off next month, with our DECMIL team delivering the Northern Package between Bridge Inn Road and Orchard Road.   This project is part of our $86 million contract with Major Road Projects Victoria and will help ease congestion, improve safety, and enhance travel times for the 24,000 daily drivers in Melbourne’s north-east.   The upgrade includes: ✅ Extra lanes in each direction ✅ Nine upgraded intersections ✅ 11km of new walking and cycling paths   It’s the fifth project Decmil has secured under MRPV’s Program Delivery Approach, continuing our strong partnership and commitment to building better infrastructure across Victoria 💪 #TeamMacmahon #Decmil #CivilConstruction #Victoria
