Led by our purpose and driven by our unique values, we are striving to discover, develop and produce products critical to the clean energy transition, and are doing so safely, sustainably and ethically. Our lithium interests are held via our 49% shareholding in Tianqi Lithium Energy Australia Pty Ltd (TLEA), an incorporated non-operated joint venture with our partner Tianqi Lithium Corporation (Tianqi). TLEA owns upstream and downstream lithium assets, including a 51% stake in the world-class Greenbushes Lithium Operation and a 100% interest in the Kwinana Lithium Hydroxide Refinery, both located in Western Australia. IGO owns and operates the Nova Nickel Operation, an underground nickel mining and processing facility located in Western Australia. During 2024, the Forrestania Nickel Operation will reach the end of mine life and transition into care and maintenance. IGO is growth focused, and has an enduring commitment to investing in exploration to discover the mines of the future, and ensure the world has a sustainable supply of clean energy metals into the future. At its core, IGO’s unique culture has a strong embedded purpose and values and is an important part of our business which sets us apart from our industry peers. IGO is pleased to announce that Dr Vanessa Guthrie AO has been appointed Chair-Elect of the Board, commencing as a Non-Executive Director on 1 December and transitioning to Chair on 1 January 2026. Dr Guthrie brings more than forty years of leadership experience in resources, across geology, sustainability, innovation and business management. Her appointment comes at a pivotal time as we advance our refreshed strategy to discover, develop and deliver the critical minerals essential for the global energy transition. We thank outgoing Chair Michael Nossal for his service and stewardship since 2021, and also acknowledge the contributions of Keith Spence and Xiaoping Yang, who will conclude their Non-Executive Director roles later this month. This leadership renewal marks an important moment for IGO as we focus on strategic growth and new opportunities. #igo #boardannouncement #batteryminerals #discoverdevelopdeliver #25years

“I am pleased that our sustained focus on safety basics is delivering an improved safety record, including lower injury rates and achieving over 90 days injury free. The safety of our people remains a core focus and one we will look to continue to improve our record in this area through strong leadership and safety initiatives. “In line with expectations, Greenbushes production was lower on the back of a short-term decline in ore grade. Nova production and costs were in line with life of mine plan and the operational team is working well to address ongoing challenges with the remaining ore body. Production at the Kwinana refinery was higher in the quarter, at 46 per cent of capacity, with improvement works ongoing. “Finally, to reaffirm, IGO remains committed to our growth pathway, including through exploration and partnerships where we bring technical and operational expertise. We have a number of targets and opportunities we are progressing to deliver future value.” Ivan Vella Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer 👉Listen to the 1Q26 webcast: https://lnkd.in/gzi4NhaG Ivan Vella Kathleen Bozanic Marie Bourgoin Brett Salt Suzy Retallack Cameron Wilson

IGO is thrilled to be continuing its role as Presenting Partner of Ronald McDonald House Charities Western Australia (RMHC WA) Up All Night event in 2026. Up All Night is WA’s only overnight walking challenge which raises vital funds for Ronald McDonald House Charities WA. Our CEO Ivan Vella and Chief People and Sustainability Officer Suzy Retallack joined long-time walkers, organisational partners and Ronald McDonald House families at a walker recognition event this week, coinciding with the opening of registrations for the 2026 walk. The launch event not only recognised the incredible commitment of those who have walked Up All Night 5 or more times but also highlighted the impact their efforts have for Western Australian families with ill or injured children. IGO is delighted to continue its partnership with Ronald McDonald House Charities WA, who provide essential services that remove barriers, strengthen families, and promote healing when children need healthcare. Every step taken during Up All Night plays a crucial role in keeping families together and close to the medical care their child needs. We extend our gratitude to all the walkers, volunteers, and supporters who make this event possible. Together, we’re making a meaningful difference in the lives of WA families with sick children. We look forward to another inspiring year in 2026.
