Camp Quality brings positivity, fun and laughter back into the lives of kids facing cancer. Our programs and services help families build optimism and resilience through community, education and fun. We are there for kids (0-15) dealing with their own cancer diagnosis, or the diagnosis of a sibling, parent, or carer, every step of the way. We’re proud to have improved the quality of life for kids impacted by cancer, and their families, for almost 40 years.

While Camp Quality didn't take out the national award at last night's 2025 Telstra Business Awards - Building Communities category, we are incredibly proud to have been recognised as the NSW state winner. Congratulations to Social Protect for winning the Building Communities category, and to Rahma Health for being named the national winner. Both achievements are truly well‑deserved. A further congratulations to all the nominees and fellow state winners. It was inspiring to be among such purpose-driven organisations making a real difference in their communities. Being a state winner acknowledges Camp Quality's work supporting children and families facing cancer, from our programs delivered in hospitals and schools, to our Family Getaways and Camps, our Cancer Education Program and initiatives like Bloom - a first of its kind, powerful, five-part web series created to support adolescents impacted by cancer. Drop from the Top isn't your typical fundraising challenge. On Saturday 29 November, a group of fearless C-suite executives will trade their suits for harnesses and take on the Giant Swing at The Tops Conference Centre in Stanwell Park, just south of Sydney. They’ll be strapped into a harness, hoisted 18 metres in the air and swung out over a cliff – all to raise money for kids and families facing cancer. We're blown away by the success of this year's Camp Out! A huge thank you to NRMA Parks and Resorts, your guests, teams and local communities who helped raise over $223,000 – smashing last year's result. The funds raised will allow us to offer hundreds of families a break from cancer through our Getaway/Retreat program. We can't wait for next year 🏕️
At NRMA Parks and Resorts, we’re committed to supporting causes that truly make a difference, like our partnership with Camp Quality helping kids and families facing cancer find joy, connection, and a much-needed break. This year’s Camp Out brought that purpose to life across our 50 holiday parks and resorts, raising more than $223,000 for Camp Quality’s Family Getaway Program, a record result and over $43,000 more than last year. Guests, teams and local commnities came together for a night of BBQs, live music, games, and community spirit, all in support of families impacted by cancer. As Camp Quality's social enterprise, we get to share an office (and a lot of laughs) with one of the kindest teams around. When a new starter joined their team in the Adelaide office recently, this is what greeted them on their desk: streamers, balloons, memes, and all the good vibes. It’s small reminders like this that kindness doesn’t have to be complicated; it’s about making people feel seen, welcome, and part of something good from day one. Camp Quality’s motto, “laughter is the best medicine,” truly comes to life in moments like this. Their warmth and humour fill the office every day, and we’re so grateful to share a space that’s rooted in genuine care and wellbeing. A huge thank you to the Macrossan & Amiet Solicitors for supporting nine Camp Quality families to attend a Family Fun Day in Mackay last weekend! 💛 Families were treated to an afternoon at Mackay Leisure Centre, starting with a couple of games of ten pin bowling with plenty of pizza and chips, followed by group laser tag. Everyone had such a great time, thank you to the Macrossan & Amiet Charitable Foundation as well as our wonderful volunteers in attendance for putting smiles on the faces of children and families impacted by cancer.
