Are you passionate about driving merchandise success and eager to make an impact in a dynamic retail environment? Anko Global is looking for a proactive and insightful professional to join our team as a Category Analyst based in Nashville.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Category Manager to plan and execute regional merchandise strategies tailored for our valued customers. Your keen understanding of customer needs, pricing structures, competitor landscapes, and evolving consumer insights will be vital to delivering exceptional results.
As a core member of the team, you’ll:
· Support Category Managers in crafting actionable business development and growth strategies
· Engage in both virtual and face-to-face customer meetings, preparing materials and providing valuable insights
· Conduct regular store visits to review retail ranges, spot category gaps, and identify new opportunities
· Develop a deep knowledge of Kmart’s merchandise strategy and help translate these insights into local market success
