The app looks good, and functions well. Contacting support is super easy with all the support enquiry options built into the app. My only issue with the app is that sometimes when purchasing tickets, an error occurs, you go to re submit your payment details to try again and you get charged twice. However with that being said, head office are aware of this and generally offer full refunds.

Can’t buy Baby’s Day Out tickets

I have tried for two weeks now (before and after most recent update) to purchase Baby’s Day Out tickets, however it won’t move past the ticket selection screen. Super frustrating!

Good App But Can’t Redeem Points

The app is good for most things, but Every time I am in the App and try to go to my account and then points/rewards, it glitches and the screen goes white. I have to shut down and reopen the app. It is also annoying that I cannot redeem points/rewards in the app. Would be good if this could be sorted.
