I use the app frequently to keep track of my rewards and points, but the last couple of weeks it has been freezing up and saying ‘we are currently having issues, check back later’ I need to delete then reinstall the app. :(

App developer ma trying to justify their existence. Clumsy as it is complicated. As a user of the original app when crown first came to market this has gone backward. Just like the previous review I cannot book accomodation ‘And I have Booked a lot of accomodation!’ Who in their right mind would build three World Class hotels around a World Class Casino and decide ‘Let’s create an app for members but let’s not let them be able to book a hotel Room!’ Name them and shame them. Better yet a manager, a boss or a head of this department approved it to go live. Shame on you. By the way as you made me leave the app to look on an opposition app I realised it was cheaper to stay somewhere else. The service at the Langham was just lovely. Thanks for giving me an option not to stay at Crown.

This app is great for getting around Crown and seeing what there is to do at the resort, but I’ve noticed there is one bug in the app that’s annoying.Whenever you’re logged into your Crown Rewards account, it seems like there is a login issue which logs you out of the app if there’s an issue with your connection, and it sends you back to the initial startup screen, rather than open up to the home page.I’d appreciate it if someone could have a look into this, because it would make the app more reliable if they could fix this login issue.Overall, this app is great for getting around, and discovering what there is to do at Crown!

I am an iPhone user with the Crown resorts app. I cannot even check my rewards page to see my status points or credits. You cannot call Rewards team to check either, new policy of theirs. My work around is to delete the app and download it again. Then login to check. It works once and stops again after that. I cannot even find the logout button from the app. I have closed to refreshed the app but no luck. The developer better revert to the old app which used to work well.

This version is terrible. Difficult to navigate and find the relevant info.I previously used the app to book accommodation at Crown. This current version appears to provide no option whatsoever to book a room. Am I missing something or has the ability to book a hotel been completely removed? Please either fix or provide feedback on why this function was removed.

Hi there....this app can not save member number and PIN/password, however, it can be saved on the website only.Can you please make this app to be able to save those details...? Thank you in advance...
