  • A Day on Site – Bridging the Gap Between Office and Field! The Nathoo Mbenyane Engineers & Project Managers KZN office recently embarked on an insightful and exciting site visit to two of our key projects: The Giba Business Estate and the N3 Lynnfield Park to Ashburton Interchange. This visit included both technical and administrative staff, giving everyone a valuable opportunity to witness firsthand how on-site operations are carried out. What a remarkable day it was, filled with learning, collaboration, and shared enthusiasm! The administrative team especially appreciated the chance to step out of the office and see the real-world impact of the work they support daily. Experiencing the scale, complexity, and coordination involved on site brought a deeper understanding of the projects and strengthened the connection between office duties and fieldwork. This initiative was more than just a visit, it was an empowering experience that fostered greater appreciation and unity within our team. Everyone returned with new knowledge, fresh motivation, and a renewed sense of pride in the work we do. Nathoo Mbenyane Engineers SANRALGiba Business Estate
