No need to post daily ↳ Post high-quality, valuable content 2-3 times a week. The posts are now featured in the feed for longer. Post on Fri and engage until Monday your post will generate +30% in impressions. 2. Use AI for analysis not just automation ↳ It’s not just about formatting and writing. It’s about analyzing the changing pain points, and coming up with strategic content ideas that tackle those pain points. (how to guide in the comments) 3. Use visual content ↳ LinkedIn algo is favoring visual content like carousels, infographics, and video posts. The easiest way to reach a new audience is to repurpose your top content in a new format (e.g. text > carousel etc.). 4. Rebuild your engagement list ↳ Broad engagement is no more. You need first degree contacts that carry your message to your ICP not just deliver you impressions you can't monetize. New engagement list: 50% peers and creators, 50% ICP. 5. Shift towards niche expertise ↳ There's a trend away from generalist content towards more specialized, niche-focused posts that demonstrate deep expertise in specific areas. What’s down: 1. Everyone says, “This time, we’re going to do it RIGHT.” They buy the software. Create the page. Maybe even post a company update and add a filter that screams, “We’re hip, right?” Then…Crickets. Followed by ghosting. Followed by someone saying, “Yeah, we tried that once. Didn’t work.” But the truth is that social media works when you work it. Lead With Story, Not Specs - People remember stories, not part numbers. Instead of saying, “We machined this part to 2-micron tolerance,” say, “Our customer was losing $100k a month due to downtime, until we delivered this custom part that saved their line.” Show Faces, Not Just Machines - CNC machines are beautiful in a Terminator-meets-Broadway kind of way. But unless it has a beard, a birthday, or an opinion on Monday meetings, it’s not going to connect with your audience like your people will. Show your team. Tell your founder’s story.
