Priority Email Filters: I set up automated filters for high-priority emails from key contacts—clients, partners, and team members—ensuring they’re seen and handled first. 3. Quick Responses & Delegation: For time-sensitive emails, I respond or delegate immediately. Routine matters are assigned to relevant team members, keeping the CEO focused on bigger tasks. 4.
