⁉️How do you manage it all? ⁉️How do you find time for yourself amidst the whirlwind of meetings at work, coaching sessions, family time, gym and public speaking? This is generally the first question asked when people meet me. 😜My answer starts with , "I don't have it all figured out myself.", "I am work in progress", I have systems in place, but they are all adaptable to change. ✅The serious answer lies in strategic multitasking and meticulous time management which work majority of time! Sharing at the start of 2024 for you all as well, my take on balancing the scales, with actionable tips that each one of you can incorporate: 1. Prioritize and Plan: Every Sunday evening, I sit with a cup of tea and plan my week. I use tools like Microsoft Office 365 outlook calendar to allocate time slots for work, family, fitness, and self-improvement. This isn’t just about work; it’s about life. Remember, if it’s not on the calendar, it’s not happening. 2. Efficient Multitasking: I love listening to podcasts and TEDx talks, Blinkist during gym time . So, it’s a double win - staying fit while fueling my mind with innovative ideas and leadership strategies. 3. Tech to the Rescue: As a tech leader, I lean heavily on technology to streamline my tasks. Again outlook, onenote, Sticky notes, Azure Dev Ops for automating repetitive tasks save me precious hours every week. I used focus time, schedule send for my emails, my social media posts. I write those in my lunch/free time and schedule them in advance. Even this post, I am writing on a Saturday night which will go live on Monday 1/8 morning PST :). 4. Delegation is Key: I’ve learned to delegate both at work and home and be OK with that. It’s about trusting your team and family members to handle tasks. This not only empowers them but also frees up your time for critical thinking and strategic planning. 5. Quality over Quantity: Whether it’s a work project, time with my kids, or a gym session, I focus on making each moment count. Mom guilt is always there but again think about quality and your relationship with kids. 6. Mindfulness and Self-care: Amidst the hustle, it’s crucial not to lose yourself. I meditate in morning and ensure to have a ‘me-time’ that lets me unwind and reflect. Stepping away helps in productivity too. ✨ Here's what I would suggest: Start small. Pick one area of your life you’d like to manage better. Plan it out, use a tool to help you, and stick to the schedule. Remember, the key to multitasking isn't doing everything simultaneously; it’s about efficiently managing your time to do what matters most. Prioritize ruthlessly. 💬 I’d love to hear your strategies and tools you use as well. Let’s share with all and grow/learn together! #Leadership #TimeManagement #WomenInTech #LifeBalance #whyblendin #keynotespeaker #careercoach #linkedincreator #communications

How to rebrand yourself. In the last 12 months I’ve… ‣ Moved from Los Angeles to Austin ‣ Quit my full-time job & went all-in on my biz ‣ Got engaged to my beautiful fiancé ‣ Built a brand new community of likeminded people ‣ Mental, physical and spiritual alignment This was only possible because I got clear on my life vision, I created and committed a plan and I blocked out any + all distractions. Here’s how you can do the same… Complete a Personal Audit Be ruthlessly honest with yourself... • What toxic habits or routines need to be eliminated? • Who is stealing your time and energy? • What mindsets or beliefs are holding you back? • How is your current lifestyle not aligned with the life you want? • How much time, energy, and money are you leaving on the table by living like this This will create clarity on what changes need to be made. Map Out Your Dream Life Best case scenario, what would your life look and feel like? Identify priorities in both your personal and professional life: ‣ Personal • Health and wellness • Relationships • Personal growth • Self-care • Life experiences • Hobbies ‣ Professional • Career goals • Work-life balance • Professional development This will help identify what matters most to you. Create a Custom Calendar Outline your dream day and start to make it your reality... If it’s a priority, systemize and schedule it into your calendar to create accountability. • What time of day will you do "x"? • How many days of the week will you prioritize "x"? • What day of the month will do you "x"? This will eliminate any overwhelm of trying to figure out when to do what. Build a Boundaries Playbook This will be a set of rules to live by that will keep you on track of your goals... • What is your hard "start" and "stop" working time? • What days of the week are reserved for personal time? • How many cheat meals do you want to allow for yourself? • What happens if you miss a workout? • How many vacations do you want to allow per year? • What time of day are you not allowed to scroll on social media? This will help you eliminate distractions with ease. Always a Work In Progress This isn’t a one-time exercise; it’s a lifetime commitment... Change doesn’t happen overnight. Focus on making 1% progress per day. When your priorities change, so will your lifestyle. There’s plenty of time in the day as long as you schedule your priorities. Every time you say yes to something, you are saying no to everything else. Be intentional with every moment. These mindsets will help create sustainable consistency, thus breeding results.

It’s not my usual article day, but I couldn’t wait to share this one. Why? Because I know so many of you are feeling the same: overwhelmed by endless tasks, struggling to keep up with everything that demands your attention. So let’s talk TIME. Master Time, Master Success: Proven Strategies for Leaders Here’s the deal: Time is the ultimate equalizer. We all get 24 hours. That’s it. But what separates the truly successful from the overwhelmed? How you manage those hours... 👇 Here’s a sneak peek at the top strategies from this week’s article: 1️⃣ Ruthlessly Prioritize Ask yourself: What are the top 5 things that will move the needle this year? Then, focus 95% of your time on those 5. If it’s not one of those five? Delegate or cut it. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁: Focus is a force multiplier. The tighter your focus, the bigger your results. 2️⃣ Stop Death by Meeting Before you schedule or attend another meeting, ask: Does this meeting have a clear purpose tied to a critical decision? If not, cancel it. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁: Meetings without purpose are really distractions in disguise. 3️⃣ Master Calendar Clarity Start with a clean slate. Rebuild your calendar with INTENTION—deep work, high-priority meetings, and most importantly, time to think. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁: A cluttered calendar = a cluttered mind. 4️⃣ Time Block for Deep Work You’re a leader, not a micromanager. Block off 1-2 hours a day for undistracted work on the big challenges. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁: Deep work isn’t a luxury. It’s a necessity. 5️⃣ Make Well-Being Non-Negotiable High-performing leaders aren’t just good at their jobs—they’re good at life. Schedule time to recharge...skip the slow burn. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁: Peak productivity comes from balance. 6️⃣ Audit Your Collaboration Time Be ruthless with your time—collaboration should be about solving problems or making decisions. Everything else? Skip it. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁: Collaboration is only productive when it drives results. 7️⃣ Delegate Like a Pro Let it go. If its not vision, strategy, or leadership? It belongs on someone else’s plate. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁: Your job is to empower, not control. 8️⃣ Track Your Time, Own Your Day For one week, track every minute. Where’s your time going, really? Once you know, you can fix it. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁: Time is your most valuable asset. Own it, don’t let it own you. 9️⃣ Batch Similar Tasks Together Stop multitasking—it’s a myth. Group similar tasks and handle them in focused blocks to boost efficiency. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁: Switching between tasks kills productivity. Batching is the answer. 1️⃣0️⃣ Reflect & Adjust Each week, take a few minutes to reflect: What worked? What didn’t? Then tweak your approach for the next week. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁: Time management isn’t static. It’s a process that needs refining. 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝘁.
