Calling all consultants! I’ve been thinking about generative AI consulting. My head has been spinning with AI use cases for marketers, agencies, and business operations. I have hosted dozens of generative AI training events and witnessed firsthand how generative AI technology has increased productivity at my agency. Consultants and consulting firms can offer generative AI as an add-on service by strategically offering AI _training_ and _productized_ services to clients. The strategy: 1. Begin with training: Educate clients on generative AI's capabilities and limitations to recalibrate their expectations and prepare them for a successful generative AI pilot project. Example: A medical device maker (current client of ours), after four training sessions, was ready to adopt generative AI for content research and promotion. 2. Move to productized services: Offer specific AI solutions with proven success, such as automating sales research, to demonstrate tangible results. Avoid these traps: Trap 1: Selling AI consulting to clients who lack understanding of AI's nuances. Start every engagement with training to set realistic expectations.    Trap 2: Offering open-ended AI consulting. Instead, propose specific pilot projects with a track record of success. Bottom line: By educating clients and offering proven AI solutions, consultants and consulting firms can effectively offer generative AI as an add-on service, enhancing their revenue streams.

Empowering Your Clients: A Strategic Guide to AI Integration There is a massive opportunity for entrepreneurs willing to help their clients integrate AI into their businesses. Don't miss out on the opportunity to elevate your clients' potential. It's time to face facts. While many of you are doling out AI solutions, your clients are likely still far behind. They’re stuck in old ways of working, and now's your chance to help them leap into the future. I'll give you some ideas on implementing AI tools to transform operations for your clients. First...Clarity Equals Action. Here’s what’s at stake: Efficient AI integration accelerates operations and improves decision-making, not just for you but for those businesses counting on your guidance. Here’s How You Can Lead the Charge: 1. Identify Client Pain Points: You can start by digging deep. Talk to your clients and get to the root of what's slowing them down. Is customer service a headache? Are their marketing strategies outdated? Zero in on the issues that can benefit from AI intervention. 2. Research Specific Solutions: Don’t just throw any AI tool at them. Look for targeted solutions that solve their unique challenges. You'll be much more effective with laser-focused tools that align with their goals. 3. Pilot Simple Implementations: Before diving headfirst, run a pilot program. For instance, we didn't go full throttle when we rolled out AI-driven predictive analytics at Bemodo AI. We tested it on select campaigns, leading to a 25% boost in lead generation. This type of win-in-waiting will give your clients confidence in the technology. 6. Analyze the Data: Monitor results closely. Are the tools working as promised? If not, adjust the strategy. Your ability to quickly pivot will show clients you're not just following the trend but leading the way. 7. Execute Full Integration: Once the pilot proves successful, help clients roll out the tools company-wide. Don’t skimp on training; make sure their teams understand how to leverage this new technology effectively. 8. Encourage Continuous Improvement: Adoption isn’t a one-and-done deal. Encourage your clients to stay informed about AI advancements and facilitate ongoing adjustments for maximized performance. An Example of Success Worth Following At Bemodo AI, we saw our inquiry response time cut in half after implementing AI-trained avatars for marketing and customer interactions. Imagine showing your clients a success story like that! Not only did this save time, but customer satisfaction soared, turning clients into advocates for what you can provide. So here’s the takeaway: Don’t let your clients lag behind while others are thriving. Help them embrace AI to revolutionize their operations and maximize their potential. If you found this helpful, share it with someone who needs this insight! Best, Jeffery Boyle, CEO Bemodo AI

Empowering Clients Through Co-Creation and Hands-On Learning When it comes to training clients in new technologies, Ajay Kabra believes in a collaborative and immersive approach. As he explains on #AskTheCEO, "We like to do some diagnosis with the customer, understand their pain points, goals, objectives, vision. Now, once we understand that particular ecosystem, then it becomes simpler for us to suggest them a roadmap." Rather than simply prescribing a solution, Ajay advocates for a co-creation process, where the consultant and the client work together to develop a tailored plan. This ensures the client's unique needs and insights are incorporated, leading to more effective technology adoption. He also emphasizes the value of hands-on learning, stating, "Sometimes what I also do is, with a lot of my customers, I engineer crisis. You know, there is no crisis, but I create a situation where crisis happens and then I tell them how to solve that problem. Sometimes you really have to learn by doing it and by demonstrating how it can be done." By fostering collaboration and providing practical, immersive training, organizations can empower their clients to embrace new technologies and achieve their goals. What techniques have you found effective when training clients on emerging technologies? Share your insights in the comments. #TechTraining #ClientEngagement #CoCreation #HandsOnLearning
