    𝐖𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞 6 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥. Accuracy was strong. Automation was working. But adoption? Flatlined. One of our best-intended projects was stalling—not because the model was wrong, but because the 𝒶𝓅𝓅𝓇𝓸𝒶𝒸𝒽 was. The problem wasn’t technical. It was organizational.
