  • 🏢  EMEA Office Investment Market Shows Strong Recovery Momentum 📈 ▪️ Encouraging signs across the EMEA office investment landscape as Q3 2025 volumes increase up 30% year-on-year, signalling the market recovery is gaining real traction. ▪️ London continues to offer the strongest liquidity, but larger deals are emerging in Paris and there is increasing appetite for the top German cities. ▪️ While domestic activity remains dominant at 85% of all transactions, Middle Eastern buyers have been particularly active for the first nine months of 2025, accounting for 12% of non-European buyers compared to a 10-year average of 8%.
