At Diageo Ireland, we’re committed to ensuring that every moment of celebration had with our iconic brands, is paired with responsibility. That’s why we’re proud to support initiatives that foster a balanced drinking culture across Europe. This recent piece in POLITICO penned by Dan Mobley, highlights why collaboration between industry, policymakers, and communities is essential to make moderation the norm. From an Ireland perspective, it was great to see the Guinness 0.0 T0.0UCAN pub be highlighted within as an example that brings to life our global commitment to positive drinking. The Guinness 0.0 T0.0UCAN pub launched at the #AllTogetherNow music festival in 2024, as the country’s first non-alcoholic festival bar, allowing people to experience a fresh and truly inclusive pub experience at a festival just without the alcohol. As we see demand for non-alc, and specifically Guinness 0.0 continue at pace across the pubs of Ireland, we’re glad to be bringing that same high-quality experience to the other socialising spaces and doubling down on offering more choice to customers across the island of Ireland. We’re so proud to launch a first-of-its-kind Bike Library in partnership with University College Dublin and Bleeper, funded by the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI). This innovative initiative gives Diageo Ireland employees access to 40 e-bikes for a free four-month trial. Which not only supports sustainable commuting, it also supports local enterprise with the programme being operated by Dublin 8-based company Bleeper. This programme follows a “try before you buy” model, allowing employees to try out the bike before committing, so they can test how active travel could fit into their working lives. If they do go on to purchase, employees can avail of savings of up to 50% off the cost of a new bike through the Bike-To-Work scheme. The Bike Library is more than just a commuting solution, it’s a collaborative research project with University College Dublin funded by the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI), to better understand sustainable travel behaviours and the impact of workplace-led climate action. This is a great example of how business, academia and government can come together to deliver scalable solutions for a greener future. 🌍 🚲 #DiageoIreland #Sustainability #Dublin8 #BikeLibrary #ClimateAction #MobilityMatters #PartnershipsForImpact Shane Kelly Geraldine Joanes JILL MCCANN Cindy Martin Francesco Pilla Richard Greene Irene Ward Sol Mirenzi

Diageo proudly celebrated 16 participants graduating from our most recent Learning for Life programme at The Guinness Open Gate Brewery in Dublin. This free programme, offering a QQI Level 1 certificate from Liberties College, empowers individuals from disadvantaged and minority communities with the skills, experience, and confidence to pursue careers in hospitality. The current graduating class completed immersive training in key hospitality areas, including mixology, barista skills, bar and table service, and customer experience excellence. Their development was enriched by guest lectures at Roe & Co Distillery and the Guinness Storehouse, alongside personalised coaching and mentoring. This equipped them with highly transferable skills to support long-term careers across the hospitality industry and beyond. Since launching in Ireland in 2014, Learning for Life has: • Supported over 2,000 people (over 50% of which are women) • Helped 80% of graduates secure long-term employment • Seen more than 500 hospitality businesses partner with graduates • Benefited from €1.5m invested by Diageo in skills, education, and community impact We’re proud to continue strengthening the hospitality sector and supporting Ireland’s wider economy. Congratulations to our newest graduates. Here’s to the exciting journeys ahead!

At Diageo Ireland, our people are our greatest asset, no more so than when we come together to build an inclusive working culture for our colleagues. This inclusive culture is driven by Geraldine Joanes and our incredible People and Culture team, through our five purpose-driven Employee Resource Groups (ERGs): 🧠 PRISM: Champions neuro-inclusion and encourages a positive voice for disruptive change in the workplace. 👯♀️Spirited Women: Creates an environment for women to excel, celebrate our success and work to bring our members’ ambition to life. 🧘 The Wellbeing Warriors: Supports employees with the tools and resources needed to manage their physical, mental, social and financial wellbeing. 🤝 REACH: Committed to driving and supporting our race, ethnicity and culture agenda. 🌈 Stout, Out & Co: Dedicated LGBTQIA+ support resource for employees, committed to creating the most inclusive, diverse, and equitable culture. These groups play a pivotal role in shaping our culture by providing a platform where every voice can be heard, ideas can flourish, and collective action can be taken. Their work ensures people feel heard seen and acknowledged in their workplace. Such is their impact, the Diageo Ireland ERG groups were recent runners up in the Winning Through Collaboration category at the annual Diageo Champions of Inclusion Awards. They were recognised for their exceptional work throughout INC (inclusion) week in showcasing the power of innovative, impactful, and intersectional moments that matter.
