What Are Your "Big 3" From 2016?

Just finished our last team meeting before we all head off for Christmas. As I looked around the room and listened, I thought of how proud I was of this team's effort and accomplishments this year. I thought I would throw out three noteworthy highlights from the year. These are in no particular order.

• We launched an incredibly successful new leadership development program this year. Soderquist Leadership Circle for Suppliers. I had no idea when we started in January that it would be this successful and we would get to work with so many talented emerging leaders.
• Our John Brown University Enactus Team placed 2nd in the NATION! Under the direction and guidance of our Soderquist Leadership staff, the John Brown University Enactus Team was once again on the podium.
• Nine new team members joined our awesome team at Soderquist Leadership in 2016. You can never predict exactly how, but it is always amazing to watch each new team member make a mark on our organization.

We are off to a fantastic start this fiscal and I can't wait to see the final tally. Love to hear your "Big 3" from 2016!
