I received the Property Pulse newsletter by email today. Unfortunately it appears your editing is a bit inconsistent and incorrect: * Auction volume is NOT down by “-34%” as you claim (twice). It is in fact down by “34%” * You have, at least, correctly reported that it was driven by a (positive) “72%” drop in Melbourne activity. Surely it isn’t too difficult to get it right?
