ACE Stoßdämpfer at the ‘Market of Opportunities’ in Langenfeld 

Our Expert Brand ACE Stoßdämpfer GmbH recently took part in the “Market of Opportunities” at the Prisma school in Langenfeld. The event helps students explore career paths in their region, and our ACE team brought practical insights and vivid examples straight into the classroom.

Lisanne, Mauro, and Finn introduced ACE as a brand, explained our product lineup, and offered a look into various roles across engineering, product design, IT, and administrative work. After their presentation, around 20 students engaged in a lively Q&A session before heading to the ACE booth. The fall tester and demo vehicle quickly became crowd favorites, offering hands-on learning and plenty of curiosity. We appreciate the strong interest from students and teacher.  

Recognition for collaboration and equality: Stabilus celebrates two awards from Women Automotive Network 🏆 

This year, we once again took part in the Women Automotive Network event in Ludwigsburg. The day focused on exchange, visibility, and cross-company collaboration within the automotive industry. Our biggest highlight: our internal women’s network LadyStar received the award for “Outstanding Employee Resource Group of the Year”. LadyStar is powered by a group of colleagues who put heart and determination into advancing equality and professional development within our company. Their work was honored not only through the network’s award but also through a personal recognition for our colleague Anne Kröll , whose dedication continues to inspire many.  

The event reaffirmed how powerful it is when companies learn from one another and shape the future together.  

Review of the Stabilus Supplier Convention 2025  

This year’s Supplier Convention was another important step in strengthening our competitiveness. For the first time, we expanded participation to suppliers and buyers from our Expert Brands, a direction we plan to continue in the years ahead. 

A highlight behind the scenes: the new award design. The story behind it makes it truly special, as it was designed collaboratively and crafted by our talented technical trainees.

This award represents much more than just a trophy it’s a symbol for collaboration and a heartfelt thank-you to our Supplier of the Year.

Stabilus Aftersales at the Equip Auto 2025 in Paris 🚗 

Our Aftersales team looks back on a successful presence at this year's EQUIP AUTO 2025. The trade show once again provided an ideal setting to deepen existing relationships and build many new ones. The conversations around our aftermarket solutions clearly showed how strongly topics like innovation, safety, comfort, and performance continue to resonate in the industry. The team returned with valuable insights and plenty of positive energy for the months ahead.  

Upcoming trade shows 🔜 

November is shaping up to be an active month with several trade shows:  

• Metstrade, November 18–20

Stabilus and the Expert Brands HAHN Gasfedern GmbH and ACE Stoßdämpfer GmbH will be on site. Metstrade is particularly significant for Hahn Gasfedern due to the brand’s strong role in the maritime industry. The trade show is known for its global audience and high concentration of practical innovations.  

• Space Tech Expo Europe , November 18–20  

The Expert Brands Fabreeka International and General Aerospace GmbH will represent us here. The event stands out for its focus on precision engineering, space technologies, and international collaboration.  

• London Build Expo , November 19–20   

One of the most dynamic events for construction, infrastructure, and architecture. It’s a valuable opportunity to gather insights and strengthen our presence in the field.  

From industry awards and supplier partnerships to career exploration and global trade shows, the past weeks have shown how much can be achieved when our teams stay curious, committed, and connected.
