Recapping Microsoft Build 2025: Agents take center stage
How can we possibly boil down all the innovations announced this year at Microsoft Build? It’s a tough job, but someone has to do it. We're also recapping some new Copilot features for you to explore—including fresh ways to make images, conduct research, analyze data, and keep track of your ideas with dynamic notebooks. Let's get started!
Here's a quick rundown of some of the major Copilot innovations announced at Build:
- Microsoft 365 Copilot Tuning allows anyone to fine-tune agents based on your industry or subject matter expertise—no coding required. These agents will be able to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Multi-agent orchestration in Copilot Studio lets you connect multiple agents across teams and have them perform important tasks like onboarding new employees. These agents can collaborate, exchange information, and divvy up work.
ICYMI: New features coming to Copilot
Last month we introduced powerful new Copilot features designed to help you design, ideate, and come up with actionable insights to elevate your work experience.
Copilot Create makes it easy to generate images, layouts, and content that follow your brand guidelines—so you can go from idea to ready-to-use content faster.
Copilot Notebooks pull all your docs, meeting notes, and random thoughts together into a single location. It helps you analyze your content and provides key themes, insights, and real-time updates as you make changes. For example, you can compile meeting notes to help organize an outline for a newsletter.
Researcher and Analyst agents are two first-of-their-kind reasoning agents in Copilot, now generally available. Researcher helps you by handling complex research tasks, while Analyst manages messy data sets and provides actionable insights. Learn more >
