From Learning to Livelihood – Through the Infosys Springboard Livelihood Program

Imagine a young graduate from a small Indian town, brimming with hopes but unsure how to break into the professional world. Through this program, we are making sure talent finds its place. Partnering with 20+ organizations, we are training India’s next workforce in AI, digital marketing, and other future-ready skills. 80K+ people have already stepped into meaningful careers in FY 25 and we’re on our way to empowering half a million Indians by 2030. 

Confidence in the Classroom – Through the Infosys Foundation Girls Wellness Program

For some girls, the barrier to education isn’t a lack of books, it’s the stigma around menstruation. Working with Aakar Social Ventures, we’ve distributed nearly 3.47 crore compostable pads across schools in Maharashtra and Karnataka, trained educators to foster awareness, and reached 171K+ students, ensuring no girl has to choose between dignity and her dreams. 

Opening Doors to STEM Futures – Through the Infosys Foundation-Avanti Fellows STEM Education Program

In villages where competitive exam coaching feels unreachable, our partnership with Avanti Fellows is changing the script. Through free JEE and NEET prep, mentorship, and encouragement, we have enabled thousands of underprivileged students, especially girls, prove that talent belongs everywhere, not just where opportunity lives. 

Nurturing Young Indian Athletes

From dusty courts to Olympic arenas, young athletes carry the heartbeat of our nation. With the Prakash Padukone Badminton Academy and GoSports Foundation, our young athletes receive world-class training, mentorship, and resources to rise from grassroots to glory. These programs have already shaped Olympians and Paralympians - and the journey has only begun. 

Our mission at the Foundation is to make sure no dream goes unsupported, no potential goes unseen. This International Youth Day, we celebrate every young person who dares to imagine and we commit to being part of their journey from ambition to achievement.
