Yuan Junjie, President of Supply Chain Management Center, put it plainly: “Sales growth can never be an excuse for quality instability.” He emphasized that an ideal supply chain must be Agile, Collaborative, and Adaptable—with quality as its cornerstone and efficiency as its lifeline to keep pace with market changes. This isn’t just a slogan; it’s how we build trust with global consumers.
A highlight of the summit? The launch of the inaugural “POP Cup”—an award honoring suppliers who weave quality consciousness into daily operations, setting benchmarks for visible, scalable quality management. Leaders from our Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Audit & Risk Control teams also shared insights, aiming to co-create a world-class quality system that drives industry-wide sustainable growth.

- In remote Guizhou, China, our factory isn’t just a workplace—it’s a lifeline. By bringing jobs closer to home, parents no longer have to leave their children behind. There's even a dedicated space for kids to eat, study, and get tutoring after school, turning fragmented families into supportive ecosystems.
- In rural Vietnam, our factory is a source of pride. As the local owner shared, “Young people choose us because this is the most dignified, promising job they can find—otherwise, their only option might be farming.”
