We were delighted to celebrate the Moon Festival with our team members at Norwest last week! Our Cultural Inclusion Committee hosted a celebration bringing team members together for a feast of flavours. The afternoon included a captivating panel interview where leaders shared their experiences celebrating the Moon Festival from their personal lives and an afternoon tea with traditional mooncakes. The Mid-Autumn Moon Festival is one of the most important traditional holidays in Chinese culture, which is also celebrated by many communities across East and Southeast Asia. The festival is a time for family reunion, togetherness and giving thanks for the harvest. It was a wonderful opportunity for team members to connect and experience this special occasion with each other.
