“It’s wonderful bringing home numbers that look good. That’s a big positive. But day to day, I like working with the people at White Label Storage. They’re great at building relationships, getting information, and making time for me.”
Hear more from Tyson Boldan, Owner of Owl Storage, on how we helped migrate technology systems, overhaul operations, and grow his portfolio from four to ten facilities in a three-month window.

I. I'm Tyson Bolden. I work for Owl Storage. We've got 10 facilities currently looking to grow and we run throughout the very middle Midwest. While we were looking for different solutions, third party management came to mind and had met some of the guys at White Label during a conference and we ended up signing on with White Label in November with our four properties. And pretty shortly thereafter we added on six more properties. So we had a a three month window with lots of systems migrations, a complete operations overhaul from pretty much a one man operation to the teams and services that Whitley provide and on boarding 6 facilities all in short order. And in truth I don't think it would have been possible had we not had white label as a part of our team one person. Couldn't possibly do all that, especially in the time period. It's really wonderful bringing home numbers that look good. That's a big positive. But day-to-day, I like working with the people at White Label. They're great at developing relationships, getting me information, making time for me and. Really it's the relationships with the people. I can rely on white label to set plans for our CRI's, to do comparatives to area pricing, make sure that we're competitive. Our operations manager Kay is actually really, really phenomenal. We had a few properties that were losing occupancies and interest over time. She got in there and did some really good. Rate comparisons and offering comparisons and made some changes and we had at these two properties 27 units rented in one month at one of the properties just from the train changes that she made. And it was not a a seasonal change issue. It was really her getting in there and doing the due diligence and blue collar work to get it done and integrating and changing and building together takes a lot of communication. And that's something that Alex and Peter especially have done a good job on. If we have issues, if we need changes, if we need different kinds of information. They have done a really great job of working with us and coming up with solutions. They're very solutions driven and forward oriented.
