My Names. Ramiro Mu��oz. And I'm with Easy Storage, we have been with White Label for about a year now. They managed two of our facilities, one in Illinois and one in North Carolina. I couldn't find a management company that was better than White Label and especially with regards to their the, the how forward they are with technology, with their marketing, with their systems, their scalability, you know, and Easy Storage as as a self, as a self storage. Operator, we're looking to grow, we want to focus on what we do best and it's great to have partners that know what they do best. And So what I like about what white label is that they're the best in the industry. You know, just talk to whether you're talking to somebody that's at the top or you know it's somebody that's boots on the ground at the bottom. They have really good systems that allow me to just kind of take a step back and and let let our projections. Carry out they can meet projections, they can also point out any issues and. Um, I like that they're solution oriented where a lot of times I hear a long list of problems, you know, it's, it's, it's very refreshing to get a list of options and solutions. White label has been an instrumental team player in our operations and I think that they've allowed us to grow and scale the way they, the, the way we have so. It gives us that ease and, and, and that trust and and we see that every day. So boots on the ground there though physical people in our sights and there has to be a great amount of trust and understanding so that it so that things can get done, the customer satisfied and it doesn't cost us anymore and it runs smoothly. So it's great to see the level of care and attention that our property manager took. And handling one of the most important aspects of that facility and was able to communicate that clearly to me and I didn't have to lose sleep over it. And it's again just very refreshing to have quality people that's. Can eliminate those problems and those worries.
